This Victorian Mourning Hand Worked Bobbin Lace Insert was made c.1890. It was made by Eliza Parnell-Lord (1824 – 1913) from Hobart, Tasmania. It is 56cm long and 25cm wide. Please see historical sheets photographed for detailed provenance.
