Do you offer pick up?
Yes we do! We have a storefront at 25977 Tasman Highway St Helens, Tasmania 7216. Simply head towards Pyengana from St Helens township on the Tasman Highway for just 5 minutes. Because of current circumstances, please call ahead to be sure we are open.
If you would like to pick up you need to:
- Place the order and pay online from our website first.
- Once the order has been placed, please arrange pick up within one business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
YES! All of our shipping is free within Australia unless the item is large or bulky. If this is the case it will say so on the product page and we will communicate with you to make arrangements.
Do you ship internationally for free?
We do ship internationally but unfortunately not for free . Please contact us directly to determine cost and timing. We will endeavour to be as accurate as we can with postage costs.
What if my purchase is damaged in the mail?
In very rare cases items that are sent for shipping may be damaged in transit or while packing. These items are then considered unfit for sale.
If we cannot replace the item, we will refund you the full amount of the purchase. We will notify you of this in writing.
Do I need to sign for delivery?
We specify tracking on all items posted and will require a signature on delivery.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes but this would be at additional charge.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
We will endeavour to process and ship your item within the day if received before 11am AEST time. Items purchased after this time will leave the following day. Please note that if you order on the weekend, items will not be mailed until the following business day.
What payment methods do you accept?

Unfortunately The Shop in the Bush is unable to change the delivery address once it has been delivered to the post office. It will be up to you and Australia Post to arrange a redirection.
The Shop in the Bush does not take responsibility for user keyed address entry errors.
